History

Liberty Group was founded by Raxit Shah more than four decades ago, with the purchase of his first hotel in Liberty Township, Youngstown, Ohio. The company has since evolved from a commercial real estate investment firm into a fully discretionary platform with more than $1.15 Billion in investment experience serving to preserve and diversify capital.

The Investment team, led by Punit Shah, takes a holistic approach of the investment cycle to generate superior risk-adjusted returns by investing in value-added opportunities capitalizing on complex situations.
